Amanda Frances Wells, 81, of Whitehall, Montana, passed away Wednesday, January 1st, 2025, at Copper Ridge Health and Rehab in Butte, MT. Amanda was born November 25, 1943 to John and Anna Link in Midland, PA. She was raised in that area most of her childhood.

On November 7th, 2015, she married Ivan Wells, the love of her life in Pahrump, NV. The couple have four children who loved spending time with mom. Amanda had many things she loved to do to include reading, cooking, playing bingo, and traveling across the country with her children. But her most favorite past time was sitting and listening to her husband sing to her for hours. She was famous for her homemade apple and pumpkin pies. Amanda and Ivan had a cowboy show in Las Vegas called the Pahrump Gunfighter show. The couple also starred in an HBO skit called Indian, Indian. One of the fondest memories for the girls are helping mom bake Christmas cookies every year.

Amanda is preceded in death by both parents, her daughter Jean McWethy, a grandson Clayton Talmadge, her sister Mary Ann Cestaric, brothers; Ivan, Steven, and Joe Cestaric .

She is survived by her husband of 9 years, a son Raymond St George of Mary’s Home, MO, three daughters; Mary Ann St George of Oahu, HI, Kimberly (Ken) Cooper of Jefferson City, MO and Naomie (Karl) Kimberling of Whitehall, MT. Also surviving are 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to HoneyBee Hospice.

No services scheduled at this time.

Amanda is to be interred in the Whitehall Cemetery.
